Local Rock Bands on Tulip Radio

On my Tulip Radio rock show last night, I played music from several local bands who are appearing at the Wisbech Rock Festival on June 6th, and got more favourable feedback than from any previous show. The wealth of musical talent from local bands is really impressive and stood up very well when played side by side with established bands.
Special thanks to Proto Inferno, Limeshark, Fuel for the Fire, Verax and The Scene is Dead for supplying tracks.
Expect to hear more from these Bands in future shows.
It was suggested that I name the show “Music to make your ears bleed” - sounds good to me.

I am sure looking forward to the new Album from Spalding Band, Verax.
It is to be called “Omega Fantasy” and I’ll be featuring it on my Radio Show as soon as I get my sticky fingers on it.

Local Spalding Band, Verax, shot their first music video the other day at Overloaded night club.
It was a great night with the fans going wild and I managed a few photograhs as well.

The most interesting site in Minehead is the Station along with the trains, a mixture of Steam and vintage diesel.

There was also a turntable demonstration by staff who love their jobs.

It’s a pity modern industry cannot share the dream.

Sad Day for Countryside mammoth

It was just as well that I stopped to take a photograph of the Mammoth hay stack as I have just seen on the news that it has been destroyed by fire.
I find it very sad that when someone takes the time, love and effort to create what was a fantastic work of art, to be enjoyed by passers-by free of charge, cheering their day, it should be treated with such disrespect.

Travelling in North Lincolnshire and this was definitely worth a photo.
I love the way some farmers are getting creative in the countryside.

Coach Calhoun at Stamford Riverside Music Festival.
A band with attitude in shed loads. Great stuff!
